Probation & Parole COVID-19 Information

The Alabama Supreme Court / Administrative Office of the Court’s Emergency Administrative Order last Friday which suspended all in-person hearing, absent an emergency or constitutional issue, does not suspend a probationer or parolee’s reporting requirement during this time. That said, this situation is fluid and could change at any time.

There, the Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles has set up a special toll-free number for probationers and parolees to call to get information about reporting requirements during the coronavirus pandemic. There are more than 20,000 people under parole and probation supervision in Alabama. For more information on supervision over the next few weeks, parolees and probationers should call 1-800-269-5081. They can also email Questions@paroles.alabama.gov.

If you have any specific questions regarding revocation and/or reporting, please do not hesitate to contact The Law Offices of Kyle D. Pierce. We remain open, working remotely, to serve our clients and fight for your interests.
